Good job Mitch!
THe crazy thing is that as you gain more muscle and lose fat you want to gain even more muscle and try to get even bigger...it's a sickness I know..lol

I think it looks much nicer when someone isn't super-crazy huge. And, I'm not sure how much more leaning up you need either though. |

Sure, it looks sort of like this: 8am- half cup oats, 2 scoops whey 11am- chicken breast, 2 tbsp natty peanut butter 2am-Tuna sandwich, scoop whey 430-chicken breast, baked beans 6pm-workout 730-2 scoops whey, 4-6 large strawberries 830- 6" Subway chicken breast, double meat on whole wheat Thats about it. Its about 2100 cals and 300g protein. I eat like that monday thru friday and then i eat what i want on the weekends. When i say i eat what i want i mean within reason....i keep it under 3500 cals and keep the protein high, but no food item is off limits. Its a form of zig zag dieting and it works well for me but it may or may not work for you. But i still think everyone should have at least one cheat meal a week at the minimum unless youre trying to get sub 10% bf then youll have to tighten it up a bit more.

Oh i see, calories are real low.
I thought you would have been on a bulking diet considering the size of you! I take it youve always had mass? Ive got the opposite problem im trying big time to gain a good 10lbs. Thanks for the info anyway! |
