Ok here ya go, this is after 1 month of lifting and dieting,,, 203lbs --> 191lbs

It's actually fun just trying to figure out what earings your wife wore to work that day - the big black loop earings in the first shoot ... still trying to figure out the next lot.

lol,, ya she has a ton of earings and stuff like that, she does a bunch of pageants,
that is her name tag for where she works, she is a nurse in ER at local hospital

so do you all think i should be doing heavier weight and low reps, or low weight and high reps?

Keep it low weight and higher rep (8-12) until you feel your ligaments have adjusted to lifting weights. Make sure you are keeping a critical eye on your form with every exercise as well.
