You've lost alot of fat and seem to have put on a bit of muscle mass. Good work. What kind of training are you doing and what are your goals?

LOSE THE BELLY is my first goal i dont care if it takes a year to do it im going to keep doing what i do. from there is just maintence yes getting cut and everything is a dream but my goal is lose the belly. i dont want to die at an early age

That’s a really good goal man... There are a lot of studies coming out that link belly fat with all kinds of nasty things like diabetes and such. Keep in mind though that you can’t really dictate where the fat is going to come off of.

Take it from someone who used to weigh 270lbs, just stick to your diet and a good balanced lifting routine and the rest will take care of itself.

Anyway… Good luck, keep up the good work and keep us posted!

You will be left with some excess skin around your lower abdominal area, it all depends on how many inches are lost around the waist, however not to worry as it will start to decrease with time. You could take in more vitamin A and E that are especially good for your skin, vitamins B and C are essential for the prevention of skin conditions, get these from fish and eggs plus fruit and veg.

PS. Congrats your on the right track, looking much better already.
