Umm...for the reasons, because evryone in my house stopped eating, so kinda I did too. Its been 10 years. And i wanna keep it that way.
I'm no expert in building muscle without some kind of eggs, meat or fish. I mean just follow the earlier advice and just substitute but the one thing I would stay away from is sugar late at night. That will only create more work for you in terms of weight loss

Have changed my Cardio Routine now for like 5 Days. Instead of one long run of 50 mins, 8kms, now my cardio is 30mins jog in the morning with a higher intensity, and a 30min walk in the night after dinner. And m not struggling with weightloss even on a normal diet now

maybe a change in my cardio was what i needed. Thanx Vasille.....nd evry1 else..
I'll post my progress in a month.....after which m gna start to bulk up....

Cheers

it's been almost a month - how's progress?

also, i don't mean to be an "advertiser" for this, but do check out Body-for-LIFE if you haven't. it educates you on nutrition and gives you a workout plan that works. it's a 12-week programme that i believe will help you achieve your goals more effectively and efficiently. it condenses all the foundational information you need into one place so you won't need to scour the internet for scraps of (sometimes conflicting) information that you need to piece together. i recommend going on the programme for 12 weeks and then posting us you pics again.

cheers. =)
