Okay,,,,m lyk a million years away from da kinda physiques the members here have, but yea m motivated....

So...these r da pics over 3 months....i have been doin a lot of running...abt 8 kms evry alternate day. calories limited to 1500-1800/day. Is my progeress slower thn expected??
Wud appericiate any comments i cud get...
