I know they're kinda blurry. I have to take them in the mirror in my sons room. Doesn't make for the best pictures. BUT I can still view my progress and be proud of it. My legs still need a TON of work, but I'm getting there. I've been pretty lazy with my diet and not pushing my workouts to the fullest extent. I've been really focused for 2 months now and getting even more focused by the day because I'm seeing the progress I want to see. I can't wait to look how I did before pregnancy!

![]() Robyn you have made amazing progress, I cant even tell you have had a child. So don't be getting down on your looks as most women would kill for a body like you have and most men kill to have their woman look like that. I know your goals are over and above what you have achieved so far, but looking back at where you have come from should provide you with all the motivation you need to achieve them...congrats! Good luck, now go have a Tuna and Apple shake! |

Wow, Robyn, your progress is inspirational. Awesome job. In your goal pic, you look awesome, but I think you're hotter where you're at now. Just personal opinion. Typically how many calories do you take in a day, how often do you cheat from your diet, and how often do you work out? If you can do that in a year then that motivates me even more. Nice job.

As for how often I cheat, it would be safe to say I cheat once a week. Usually happens on a Sunday and involves me eating whatever strikes my mood right then (usually a cheeseburger and fries to start and then ends with something from Dairy Queen.....oops). Through the week through it's pure oatmeal, natty PB or almonds, lean meats, brown rice or yams and tons of veggies, a little fruit. NO SUGAR - although there are times I'll reward myself with a granola bar. I eat the oatmeal/toast/yams for breakfast and lunch (along with some protein) and then dinner is pure protein and veggies. I've found throughout the years that any kind of complex carb at night works against me. Genetically I have good abs - which you can see in the goal picture. My abs tend to come through even when the rest of my body is lagging. Don't know how I got so lucky there. In the pics I took yesterday you can't see very clearly, but my upper abs are already starting to show and I still have cellulite on the back of my thighs. Don't know how that happens...... In order to get this fat off my legs, I'll end up looking like my goal pic. My leg fat is the last thing to go, my most stubborn area. I have to get SUPER lean to make it disappear! I work out 5-6 days a week at 5AM. I focus on one body part a day. MOnday biceps, Tuesday chest and abs, Wednesday back and shoulders, Thursday triceps, Friday legs, Saturday or Sunday abs and 30-40 minutes of speedwalking. I also speedwalk 20 minutes on an incline 3 mornings a week. Next week I'm going to start an ECA and HIIT instead of the speedwalking for 1 month and see where that takes me.

Thanks. I'm within 10 pounds of where I was in that picture. (at 135 now, 125 in the goal pic). Like I said above, my legs are definitely behind where I would like them to be. I've been a bit of a p*ssy with my legs since I had my daughter, mostly because I just didn't have the motivation. Now though I'm stepping it up and really focusing on my leg workouts. I squatted 175 last Friday and it felt great. I know 175 isn't a lot for you men, but I'm pretty happy to be at 40 pounds over my body weight right now. Pre-baby I was squatting 195 to 205 consistently for a month or 2 before I got pregnant. I'm hoping to get back up to that weight. I'm pushing myself right now to lift bigger weight with the right number of sets and I'm liking what I see.
