Tryin to find a good routine
Alright, I have to take pics still but here is my situation...
I play volleyball at my university so the things I wanna work on are legs, with improving vertical, as well as my core, stronger toner abs.
I have heard about doing plyometrics in a pool because they are easier on the joints, but other than that, what other types of things can I do to increase my vertical.
For my abs I want to cut the love handle area. I'm not a fat person, I'm only 165lbs at 5'11, but I notice the belly fat and I'm going with its from drinking my first couple years of college.
Also, I am looking to get a good routine to increase my arm size, biceps triceps forearms shoulders. As well as increasing my chest size and back strength.
I realize I am asking for a lot so if you have a better knowledge of a certain area just focus on that if you can. I appreciate all and any help.
