Default amped805's pics

What's up ladies and gentlemen! I haven't posted around here much but I wanted to share some pics with you so you all could at least put a body to the username. I've realized, around here, credibility is often gauged by physique. Of course, this isn't an actual rule on the board but I've seen many threads that tend to lean towards this reasoning.

Age: 23 years old
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 205 lbs.

I've been consistently on the Max-OT training program since I was 20, so since 2005 I believe. I'm short on time right now but when I'm not I'd like to share my personal thoughts on the Max-OT program as it is a great training program but it's essential you know yourself before beginning any kind of workout because some as simple as what muscle fiber is dominant in your body can make a helluva difference on your results (if any) and the rate of your progress. I've been on Max-OT for quite a while now and after learning a bit as I went on, I realized I could probably have progressed far more than I have up until now. Don't get me wrong, I'm satisfied but it just sucks when you could've been better off!

I don't take supplements, per se, just the essential nutritional supplements such as omega 3's, a multi, a protein supplement and antioxidants. I also like to consume an electrolyte drink with some protein in it during workout sets. I have tried many of the circulating supplements but have not gotten results any greater than dedication, patience and envisioning have. I simply don't buy into many of the ads, claims and supposed benefits of these products. I get a great pump from eating a cup of oatmeal pre-workout

The first pic I've attached is of me when I was 183 lbs. and the rest are different angle 205 lb. pics. All suggestions, compliments and critiques are welcomed! Look forward to seeing some constructive responses!

Here are my pics:

A LOT fuller, bro. Good work. Are you going to run a cut or keep on with the bulk?

I don't think I'll be cutting Gill. I do believe, however, I could be a bit more cautious of my "spontaneous eating" habit which basically means eating "cheat foods", as some would call it. I tend to do that a lot and an example could be when I go out to the pub with some buddies, my appetite opens up, even if I had just finished eating 30 min. prior to. I believe the definition will come if I clean my food intake a bit and am conscious of what I am consuming.

Thanks Biggerguns. It's amazing what 20 lbs. can do. The difference is definitely noticeable when we're comparing 20 lbs. of fat and 20 of primarily, hopefully muscle.

Exactly my point, as when looking at your pics my first thoughts were that you have gained a good amount of ratio of muscle v.s. fat..

I can definitely see the difference, lots of improvment in the second pics at 205 from where you started!

Thanks vassille. Glad you pointed that out. One thing I am very content with is how I've been able to pack on a significant amount of size without losing my definition. Basically, what Bigger guns and I were bouncing off each other about.

Very nice. I love the max-ot program. A friend told me about it some time ago and I started to do it and I love it. I can't complain my self. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your knowledge.
