"Breakfast time 2 strips of bacon, (3 egg whites, 1 whole egg) , toast and sometimes fruit. I also take 20g of protein with water, and my vitamins, bcaa's, fish oil."
I used to do that too, take ALL my vitamins and such durring an early morning meal. I mix it up now. Vitamin in the am with breakfast. Fish oil with my mid-morn meal. BCAA's fright after I lift, when they are needed the most, or in the afternoon on a non-workout day. Logic is telling me that your body couldn't possibly use all that and you are wasting much of what your ingesting. Spread it out throughout your day! And if your trying to lose fat and cut, ditch the pizza and bacon.

Um, question: Why do you eat at 6 or 7 and go back to bed til 10?
Also, like RLR said, if you're looking to cut fat you don't need pizza. Turkey bacon might be a good exchange unless that's what you're already eating as it could be lower in fat (I haven't checked myself but that's what I've heard). When are you working out in all of this?

At 6ft tall and 160 lbs you are obviously are not carrying much muscle if any at all and thus you dont have an athletic physique by appearance. Models obviously have that lean athletic look.
Unless you are going for the starving prisoner of war look, then I dont think you should be cutting or trying to shed weight what so ever!! I think you need to work on building some lean muscle and this will provide "the tone" she describes. You just need a little visible muscle bud. You dont need to try to be massive, just build a good solid 10-15 lbs of lean muscle and in the meantime this addition of new muscle will speed up your metobolism to burn that little bit of fat that is there now. An example is the guy below. He could have tried to "cut" or shed more bodyfat because he did have some love handles in the before pic, but instead he focused on putting on lean muscle with a clean diet and a solid lifting program.... and it served him well, look at his face as he looks totally different, years younger even

I agree with big guns, try getting into a good workout regimen and put on some muscle so that when you lower your fat, you will be able to see muscle there and not bones.
Im still fairly new to working out, but Im an inch shorter than you, and started out at 160lbs, I bulked muscle to about 180 and those 20 lbs make a big difference. I put on just a bit of fat cause Im eating like a machine and still bulking. Aim to add 10lbs on your frame while working out, I think it'll serve you better for the modelling job. And please lose the bacon/pizza. |
