Default My current pics

Sadly, I have no "before" pictures at the moment. Maybe I can find some soon to post though. Basically, I started lifting weights about 3 and a half months ago. I was 145 lbs (I'm 6'0 in height), and had almost NO muscle definition. Now I'm 160 pounds.

Shoulders look good but your traps could use some work. BF is in check. Good job. No pics of the "sticks"?

Traps huh.....what do you do personally for traps?

Ah, I totally missed the legs comment, sorry! And thanx for the traps advice, I already started upright rows lastnight, and man, I can feel it this morning!

I LOVE upright rows, they do murder on traps and delts.

Use the curved bar so its easier on the wrists. Also use dumbells from time to time to switch it up.
