Default NoLimit pics

Here are three pics with the first one at about 135-140lbs, the second one 2 years later at 165lbs, the last one 2.5 years later at 198lbs.

Your arms and delts blew up compared to 2.5 yrs ago.
But I think your chest looks sort of small compared to them, but it could be genetics, or it could just be the camera angle and bodyfat %.

Over all I can see alot more upper body muscle and all the while your mid section remained the same size - Congrats, thats not easy!

You may be right, but it very well could be the MM pose as well. NL250, get a pic standing straight up, not flexed.

Awesome size gain. How much height did you gain (if you're still growing, I think you're young enough, right?)

Now you're gaining knowledge - you can definitely ratchet up the progress, although you have done well!

Yeah, I’ll work on another pic. I’m 6’2 and unfortunately I already had my growth spurt when I was younger and haven’t grown since then. I was always taller for my age until the other kids in high school started catching up. As far as my pecs are concerned I don’t feel they are anything to brag about but the pics do kind of make them look weird.

Great gains! Seem to be on right track. Hitting your legs too? That will help growth alot as well.

Yeah, those I had neglected my first year or so of lifting because I never had the intention of taking as serious as I have. My squat is still my weakest of the big 3 but since I’ve been serious about squatting and exactly sticking to it, in 2.5 years my legs went from 19” thighs to 24”. I still have skinny legs compared to many others but I had the true definition of bird legs. It doesn’t help the BOTH sides of my family are notorious for having bird legs, but I won’t let my genetics stop me.

My calves are 19". lol Nice attitude. Tear it up.
