If you have Microsoft Paintbrush, then just copy your whole desktop page, then paste it into Paintbrush and then box and crop out only the pic and now open another Paintbrush screen and throw the pasted pic in there.
The reason is Paintbrush will allow you to convert it to a JPEG file

If you have Adobe Acrobat just open the PDF in that and save as a JPEG. I have Acrobat Pro but I'm pretty sure you can save as JPEG in the free/basic version too.

I think you should be proud of your gains. You are in your 40's and are in excellent shape. The toughest part is applying what you learn for long term goals and staying consistent and you did it!

If you're interested in gaining some overall size, add some more calories on WO days like people above me have said.

Im still sticking with my original suggestion of a good nights sleep...

But that being said,

its obvious that you have put on some good size, especially in you're traps and shoulders.

TBQH with you, i think the best test of you're progress would be to just look around at the other 43 year olds that you know... i bet they all hate you!

I'm 41..and I think you have done a hell of a job. Your waist looks leaner, the abs are more prominant, the definition is sharper, the shoulders have some size on them. Keep on truckin' man, you are doing fine.

Am taking your advice, lots of sleep over this holiday break, done me a world of good. And yeah--I get quite a bit of ****/compliments, depending, on folks both older (and younger) than me--I'm pretty obsessive about this stuff, and super careful about my eating (plus I eat a huge amount), so it's pretty obvious to most folks how into training i am.

have been working my legs aggressively in recent months, but no doubt that my new years resolution is to bring em up by summer. As for my routine--chest, legs, arms, back get their own day, usually have one full body workout as well, one day off, one day running--and 20-30 mins cardio 3x week before weights as well.

i've got a lot of my workouts saved as pdfs, happy to share with anyone interested, pm me if so. thanks again. -- mike

so, just completed my bulk, up to 189 lbs, aiming to cut to 180 at 10% or lower if I can get there. In the meantime, my lifts are up significantly, got 300lbs on flat bench 4x, and got 325 1x. anyhow, here's new pix - all comments appreciated.

Thanks guys--have started cutting and have to watch it, I already lost more weight than I wanted to, adjusting my diet accordingly. Will update with pix probly in around 8 weeks to show how I'm doing.
