for some reason i cannot post my pic. Can anyone help by telling me the correct procedure?

Possible reasons:

/ It may exceed the max file size allowed
/ It may exceed the max height n width diemensions allowed
/ It's possible with the new user system that Jim has implemented does not allow for image uploads yet (Jim can confirm).

You're best bet is to upload and have the image hosted elsewhere and then link to it:

/ Click the 'Insert Image' button in the toolbar (the one with the mountain on it) and then enter the URL to wherever the image is hosted.

If you do not have a place to host the image, I can host it or them for you via my website. Or the more popular method - sign up at a site like PhotoBucket or the other millions of sites that will host your pictures. Let me know what's up.

Yes I confirmed the upload feature is disabled for new users. Read below:

"Promotion requirements: Registered for 30 days, and minimum 30 posts. Once this is met, they get promoted to next level:"

- the next level after the above is full access to all BB4U features.

Sorry - the new user system isn't meant to hold back the 'good' part of the community here - but to fish out the bad (spammers, people leeching for sources, etc.)

Note this is only for the upload feature. You may still upload elsewhere and of course link to it.
