Great advice for those just starting to get serious about training and nutrition. Your transformation is a great example of what people can do if they take the time to educate themselves. Great job chica! Keep it up girl.

I can still lift pretty heavy, but have cut that out on some of my lifts. I do cardio 3 xs a week, but nothing off the wall. Just walk it @ 4.2 - 4.4, I sometimes throw in a 30 incline sprint on the treadmill just to get my heart rate up a bit, but try not to over do it on the cardio. It all depends.. yesterday I threw in another leg workout and did tri-sets. The other day I went a bit heavier on legs.. but it all depends on how strong I feel when I step foot in the gym. I am really focusing on working with good form and making those negs rock on! Right now, I have 1 cheat meal a week. I am sure I could up it to a few more or have a cheat day.. But not till I am good and in the 8% of BF. Should find out tomorrow what that # is... |

Do you have your diet and routine posted anywhere? I'm looking to lean out quite a bit between now and May (my wedding...) I've only got about ten pounds to go, but I'd like to get a different idea of some things to do. I need to change it up a bit. Wow. I just really can't get over it. You look completely amazing! GREAT JOB!
