Default My new midsection

I have this one posted at the other place, but wanted to share with some of you that haven't seen them. My midsection has come a long way, so have alot of other parts of me, but this area is one I am stoked about.

I did a before/after comparison. Before taken end of January/After taken in beginning of October. My stomach really took a turn when I started my clean diet on 9/24. I am so glad I took that one and only wish I had taken full body pics in a bikini or something to see my progress. You can't really appreciate or look back unless you have taken pics.. So make sure you always take pics and keep track:

Great advice for those just starting to get serious about training and nutrition. Your transformation is a great example of what people can do if they take the time to educate themselves. Great job chica! Keep it up girl.

wow. that's the first thing that popped in my head. lol

great work! i wish i could get there. i am having the hardest time cutting body fat, especially in my midsection.

Thanks its all in the kitchen and the gym - It starting coming off the midsection the quickest, now the hams area its pretty gone too. Its a full body effort, no spot reduction.

Here is a pic I took last week when suffering some major bloat... I hate that, don't know why, but I am good this weekend. Abs are back in full effect..

Looks amazing

question - how the ****kkk do u cut and not lose mass?

clean diet but do u really need to cut back on the cals or just up the cardio, and can u still lift heavy?

Thanks!!! lol.. I think that I look much smaller in person than in the pics.. but that is me!
Everyone tells me I look the same just leaner.

I have lost a little bit of mass, not too bad though. I can't wait to up the calories and put on a bit more size. I can still lift pretty heavy, but have cut that out on some of my lifts. I do cardio 3 xs a week, but nothing off the wall. Just walk it @ 4.2 - 4.4, I sometimes throw in a 30 incline sprint on the treadmill just to get my heart rate up a bit, but try not to over do it on the cardio. It all depends.. yesterday I threw in another leg workout and did tri-sets. The other day I went a bit heavier on legs.. but it all depends on how strong I feel when I step foot in the gym. I am really focusing on working with good form and making those negs rock on!

Right now, I have 1 cheat meal a week. I am sure I could up it to a few more or have a cheat day.. But not till I am good and in the 8% of BF.

Should find out tomorrow what that # is...

Holy crap! Totally amazing and inspiring! You look totally incredible!

Do you have your diet and routine posted anywhere? I'm looking to lean out quite a bit between now and May (my wedding...) I've only got about ten pounds to go, but I'd like to get a different idea of some things to do. I need to change it up a bit.

Wow. I just really can't get over it. You look completely amazing! GREAT JOB!
