Thanks guys for all the comments sexy comments = so sweet, lol.

My ab workout is about 3xs a week, but have fallen off the wagon and doing it about once a week for the last 2 -3. Man I can't wait for the holidays to be over...

New pic taken the about 2 days ago. Really you can work your abs till kingdom come.. diet and exercise are the real shredders (btw, the diet has been a little bad too, too many holiday parties - shhhhh don't tell anyone, ya hear ).

congrats Cube, you look great

Did you just cut way back on your calories to get that lean ? Did you keep track of your Fat,carb and Protein intake ?

I'm curious what percentages of each you did to look so great.


P.S Your before pic wasn't that bad, Id still bring you home to meet my parents....lol

Thanks RJ... Nope I didn't really cut back on the cals.. They were originally at 1900 but have been going up to satisfy hunger, lol. I am currently at about 2500 and they will go up a bit more. I must admit that with all this holiday crap, I have been having a cookie or so here and there, but I have tons of time to get back on track before I step up. Its the holidays you gotta celebrate at some point right? Yes, I was measuring everything on a scale, but now just go by eye. I have about 150-200gms of each @ each meal, but some meals are smaller, like pwo, that is only about 270-290 cals.

I can't believe all the peeps that have been @ the gym in the last few days trying to burn out before they pack it on in the next few days. That aint gonna help jack. They are taking up all the space of us regulars, lol.

Thanks on the before pic, lol. Only thing I miss from that one is my ass.. its pretty tiny these days.

You did it RIGHT - starving yourself DOES NOT LEAD TO FAT LOSS. It's amazing how many people believe that's what it takes. One of my buddies says over and over "I just want to be shredded" and he takes in about 1/3 of the cals that I consume. But I keep getting leaner as I get bigger...

Thanks and yes that is exactly right. When I tell people how many cals I eat they look at me like I am crazy. I swear they are burned before I am done with my meals, lol. It takes alot of good clean food to detoxify the body.. its GOOD!

I bet you look much bigger and much leaner SWEET!

I eat every 2.5 - 3 hours, sometimes sooner. I get up 5:30 and eat my first meal around 6:15 - 6:30. Then I just keep going - TODAY I WOKE UP AROUND 8, but my stomach was friggin growling.

I swear I could eat every hour - I just finished eating about 10 minutes ago and my stomach feels empty (I had 8 egg whites and 1cup oats with 1/2 scoop of whey - LEGS IN 1.5 HOURS SO I NEED SUPER FUEL).

My metabolism MUST BE ON OVERLOAD,lol.

haha i hear you on the eating and being hungry 15 mins later.... i swear i could eat all day long sometimes

your transformation is incredible.....what contest are you prepping for?

I am doing a bbing show on 4/19 in Jersey. Its with the inbf and a pro qualifier. I am so excited. They also have a Ms. Fit Body portion that my posing coach suggested I do. She thinks I have potential to place in that as well, but its my first show. I am still trying to finalize my night routine and practice my posing and stuff.. so doing Ms. Fit Body well the poses too are a bit different. Its just alot for my plate for the 1st show, but if I can get my night routine strong very soon, I may just do it. What the heck..

I got some new pics too.. gonna try to post them up soon!

how did you get your mid section like that, I am 23 with two sons and I just can't get rid of this last 20 lbs looking for a quick fix any advice ?

It didn't happen overnight and there is no quick fix. Its all about commitment and getting your diet and workout routine in check. YOU need to eat right and often, drink plenty of water, lift hard, get your cardio in and rest.

I am still eating enough and keep getting tighter, but I am doing alot more lovely cardio. I have 1 week left for my show and am on target. and to be quite honest and I told my coach this yesterday I haven't done any ab training in about 3 weeks, even when I do get them in its once a week, maybe 4 sets of really strict crunching, thats it. I am not obsessing over ABs, they are nice but I do want more mass and along with that I will lose the abs. I do some lower back exercises once a week, but other lifts hit the abs too. They are not going anywhere or getting any thicker now, its all about tightening up with cutting my water.

I am due for some new pics.. later in the week about 3 days out!
