Did you just cut way back on your calories to get that lean ? Did you keep track of your Fat,carb and Protein intake ? I'm curious what percentages of each you did to look so great. P.S Your before pic wasn't that bad, Id still bring you home to meet my parents....lol

I must admit that with all this holiday crap, I have been having a cookie or so here and there, but I have tons of time to get back on track before I step up. Its the holidays you gotta celebrate at some point right? Yes, I was measuring everything on a scale, but now just go by eye. I have about 150-200gms of each @ each meal, but some meals are smaller, like pwo, that is only about 270-290 cals. I can't believe all the peeps that have been @ the gym in the last few days trying to burn out before they pack it on in the next few days. That aint gonna help jack. They are taking up all the space of us regulars, lol. Thanks on the before pic, lol. Only thing I miss from that one is my ass.. its pretty tiny these days. |

I eat every 2.5 - 3 hours, sometimes sooner. I get up 5:30 and eat my first meal around 6:15 - 6:30. Then I just keep going - TODAY I WOKE UP AROUND 8, but my stomach was friggin growling. My meals consist of egg whites, oats with whey protein, yams, brocolli, asparagus, squash, ground turkey, chicken, tuna every now and then - I don't eat much of this maybe 1-2 a week, brown rice. Those are pretty much the basics of food for my week, every now and then I will add something else or switch it up, but when you eat so much and its so clean its just easier for me to keep it routine. 16oz of water before every meal and oh I also have ff yogurt with whey sometimes.. I am constantly eating. I have food with me at all times (I take it to meetings - everyone at work knows I am in contest prep so they are cool with me eating at meetings "they even say that smells good", keep it in the car, carry it with me at the gym, lol (yes I eat it cold if need be, when your stomach or body needs food cold will suffice. I swear I could eat every hour - I just finished eating about 10 minutes ago and my stomach feels empty (I had 8 egg whites and 1cup oats with 1/2 scoop of whey - LEGS IN 1.5 HOURS SO I NEED SUPER FUEL). My metabolism MUST BE ON OVERLOAD,lol. |

I have 1 week left for my show and am on target. and to be quite honest and I told my coach this yesterday I haven't done any ab training in about 3 weeks, even when I do get them in its once a week, maybe 4 sets of really strict crunching, thats it. I am not obsessing over ABs, they are nice but I do want more mass and along with that I will lose the abs. I do some lower back exercises once a week, but other lifts hit the abs too. They are not going anywhere or getting any thicker now, its all about tightening up with cutting my water. I am due for some new pics.. later in the week about 3 days out!
