My Pics
I thought I'd throw these up here too. The front pic is from about a month ago. The leg pic was earlier this month. They're both in my journal, but I realize that not everyone reads those.
I'm 6', about 245 in these pics. I've been pushing close to 250, but the volume of food I have to consume is insane. As I explained in my journal-I am putting my arm behind my back for a reason - most guys' pecs disappear when they put their arms behind their backs or over their heads... So, I wanted to make sure mine were staying put...  Here's a leg shot. Here's that leg shot from earlier this month. I turned it sideways to see my ham protruding, lighting sucks, but I'm not flexed and they're over 33":

I was just catching up on some threads that I missed....
Your pics look great Boyd. In that first pic, your arms, shoulders, chest, lats...all of it looks really good. Oh, and that cute little smile isn't so bad either. 2nd pic, well...like you said, there's that fascination with the fact that you're free ballin  - but legs look very nice nonetheless. Can't really see the hams in the pic, but the quad looks great.All in all...you're looking very good. Another one of me yesterday in the gym. It was ridiculously hot in there and I'm sweating like crazy - by the time I left, I was 20lbs lighter than I was when I got there.
