Default 4 months in- lost 60 pounds...
Hey im new to this forum, but here i am four months into my training program. I was 5'11 235 pounds of fat, now I am 175 pounds. How do I look? be critical...

i would also like to know what you did .. im 6ft ab 215 right now and am looking to get lean and shed the fat also
