Default My Change . . . Sept. 2006-Sept 2007

I'm just a couple of weeks into learning how to bulk for the first time. Well, not exactly the first time, but this time, I want to do it the right way. This is my progress so far. (This is easier than posting pics, I hope)

All natural. No surgery, no drugs. The only supps I took were multivitamins and whey protein. I did it by plain old diet and exercise.

Impressive is an understatement! Let this be a lesson to all of the couch potatoes (I include myself in this statement ) that think they are beyond help.

Congratulations! Makes the whole Richard Simmons Jazzercise look a bit rediculous doesn't it. Not saying there isn't a need to get overweight people up and moving but throw in some good work in the gym with weights and just look at what can be accomplished! The toughest battle any of us face is taking control over what we shove in our mouths and our workouts.

You certainly have won that battle but the war continues. Great job!

Great slide, really showed the beginning, middle and end (which is an impressive one mind you) with good detail and flow.

Great job man.

Thanks to all you guys. I really appreciated the complements.

I just hope that I can gain muscle at least to some degree in the same way I've been able to lose fat. I feel so much better, so much healthier. Everything about me has changed Sometimes I wish I could just grab every fat person I see and scream at them you don't have to be this way.

I have seen so many people who were friends through college and old work colleagues who no idea who I am, except by my voice. Sometimes not even then. I can't wait for my high school reunion.

This is the epitome of mind over matter. I had it rough in college, doing well that is, and I got depressed and put on a lot of weight. I weighed 212 lbs at my most (i'm 5'8")and could barely bench 135 lbs. I got down to 175 in 5 months doing cardio everyday. I then started lifting hard and dieting right and I was 165 and benched 265 in my prime.

To say I am proud of you is an understatement....you are living proof that it is possible, and the transformation you made far exceeds outstanding.

My biggest problem right now is getting to the 6 pack, my diet is tight, but i think i will get there soon. i am 180 right now and 12.9% body fat. i would love to be 8%...we shall see...maybe if I watch your video 10 more times i'll get there quicker.

The transformation you have made in a year is spectacular - you look and am sure that you feel like a totally different person. You should wake every morning and feel proud of what you have accomplished.

Excellent!
