Default 7 weeks progress pic

hi all...here's me after 7 weeks of hard training (long way to go yet!!!), 3 days a week weights and 2 days a week intense swimming (40 x 33.3 lengths each of the 2 days)

i'm currently at 162lbs (5ft 9) and slowly climbing. have lost a LOT of fat since i started, especially around my waist.

i don't have a starting pic (wish i did) but i have become a lot more defined and i'm pleased with my results so far.

sorry the pic's not great, it's difficult trying to take a pic of yourself in the mirror!

Hard to guage progress without a starting picture but you have some good development in your arms and I can also see those traps starting to develop as well. Work on your back/chest and abs and prob your legs. Use a measuring tape to keep track of your progress

yeah i wish i had taken a pic before i started the weights... i was around 168lbs when i first started but was just fat and round lol

after the first few weeks i shed loads of fat but dropped like 14lbs even though i was eating loads!...so i then realised i had to step the eating up a gear and subsequently have put another 8lbs back on but hardly any fat. just going to keep on eating like an elephant and lifting like a madman!

ok here's a progress pic, i'm at 4 months now and i think i've grown a fair amount especially around my shoulders and arms? as you can see i've also put on some fat around my waist and even though it's annoying i'm trying not to worry about that right now



this pic was taken at just under 2 months and is a better comparison pic than the one i posted at the start of this thread:

delts and arms look bigger so that's always good!!

don't worry too much about a little extra fat, just don't let it get away from you!
