Hard to guage progress without a starting picture but you have some good development in your arms and I can also see those traps starting to develop as well. Work on your back/chest and abs and prob your legs. Use a measuring tape to keep track of your progress

yeah i wish i had taken a pic before i started the weights... i was around 168lbs when i first started but was just fat and round lol
after the first few weeks i shed loads of fat but dropped like 14lbs even though i was eating loads!...so i then realised i had to step the eating up a gear and subsequently have put another 8lbs back on but hardly any fat. just going to keep on eating like an elephant and lifting like a madman! |

ok here's a progress pic, i'm at 4 months now and i think i've grown a fair amount especially around my shoulders and arms? as you can see i've also put on some fat around my waist and even though it's annoying i'm trying not to worry about that right now
