Hey, I'm 15, 5'11, 13 and a half stones. I was just wondering if you guys think I look ok. I don't want really defined muscles or anything, just power that would be helpful in my sports. Thanks.

If your not really to bothered with looks then get a powerlifters routine as its more strength orientated than others. With a good clean diet you will get more defined muscle anyway. I think you have a good base and you look strong for your age for sure.
What sports you play? guessing rugby if engligh, or american football? |
