Hey, im 17 years old. Been working out for about 4 years(football and wrestling) though id only count maybe 1-1.5 years seriously. Ive put on 30 lbs since my freshman year. This is my senior year and I had been up to 158 halfway through the summer but I dropped back down to 151 just because im wrestling 152 this year and and I feel faster and quicker since ill be playing running back as well. I take ON 100% whey and I took creatine a bit.

My maxes at 151-152 were: Squat: 305 Bench: 215 Clean: 210 And at 158-160 ish they were: Squat: 325 Bench: 225 Clean: 225

What are your goals because you obviously want to stay at a lower weight for wrestling right? Other than that you look lean and in proportion for your size, but i would say clean bulk because you look ready for some more muscle mass.
