Default 19 Years Old 220 LBS

I'm 19 6-2 and 220 i dont know my bf% but i dont think it's that bad. My wheels are lagging i will post them soon. Any feedback THANKS!!!!

Yo good definition I about your same size I'm 6'2 230 I don't know bf either I just turned 20. My bench was 405 last winter. Hows your bench and squat look? U play any college sports?

Oh im not saying hes not big, hes huge, but 19 and saying his wheels are lacking but squating 575x5 and dlin 600x3. He could very well be doing it.

Ive been 200lbs at 5'9 and that bf% and wasnt as near as strong but my wheels arent lagging.

Im not calling bs, i would just love to see a vid of these lifts. Theyd be sweet as hell to see. Then he needs to go train for wsm

Just remember that Nate is what like 240 and his #s arent as good, except bench. And we all know that Nate is just a freakin beast

Just because you are the same weight and BF% as someone doesnt mean you necesarily are even close to the strength they are. Look at powerlifters who compete in weight classes under 200.

I agree with that. I'm a good example of it, but sadly in the opposite direction. I'm about 205 -210 pounds at 5'10" with about 18% BF and I'm not sure I could push 250 pounds on flat bench. I look kind of strong but I'm weak in relation to my size. So I believe him and if he lies, it doesn’t matter to me because he's the loser in doing so.

Anyway great physic bro and nice number. Keep it up!

highley questionable...and what is semi pro football really? your 19...i know people that say they play semi-pro and all it is are washed up highschool players that join a league. How pro could it be if they let 19 year olds in? Did u play in college at all? Or are u Lebron jamesin' this and skippin that step all together?

Translation:

My lifts are bench-350x3 with 3 spotters doing all the work, squat 575x5 with about a 4 inch ROM, deadlift- i can do 200lbs nine times so i should be able to do 600lbs three times right? Cmon, its 1800lbs either way.

LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, now dont you think thats a lil harsh mitch.

I bet he can do 350 with only 2 spotters!

To be real though theres a possibility he can do 350 but squat and dl are way bumped up. I would drop down to 315-405 for dl and around 275-315 atg squat. Especially if his legs arent big

Id give him a little more credit on DLs. 315 is a pretty weak DL.
