Some of the numbers quoted on these forums are a joke, or American lbs are totally different from British lbs, 600lbs for 3reps...........I to would like to see a video of that.

Why cant you read a post properly and then I wouldn't have to post again explaining a post............I said "the figures are a joke OR American lbs are different to British lbs"

Its called sarcasum...........as in the figures MUST be a joke as American lbs and British lbs are the same.
