Default Jerel

I'm putting up these crappy pictures so you have an idea what I look like before. See I'm training with this bodybuilding guy that competes and stuff, so hopefully when I take the after pictures at the end of the holidays I'd be bigger. And please nobody critique the crappy shot because I'm a poor guy, I don't have a digital camera.

I have never seen weights/plates that look soooo old. I guess if it does the job, who really cares right?

Heh they're not weight plates. They are train wheels my dad got from his friend, it has a permanent place on the squat bar. (He has limited weights)

Good luck man. Just make sure to be eating as much protein as you can to go along with that crazy weight set up you have there. You look like one of those people that can eat and eat and still keep very low bf so dont worry about putting on fat.

Train wheels! Freakin' A!

Nothing to be ashamed about with that set-up, it's about as hardcore as it gets. I feel like a sissy now with my 45 pound York plates.

Well I sure want to get some posing pictures to use as a comparison but its kind of awkward asking your mom to take pics (I don't have a digital camera). Then they have to get cleaned at the studio and my dad would be laughing all the way home.
