Default First update since AUG 2006

In this post are my pics from losing about 70lbs. This is an update to my progress since last August.http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...tml#post488469

Just because I haven't been on the community doesn't mean I haven't been training. I have abandoned body building style workouts for the CrossFit methodology. Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness

The wording in this seems kinda clumsy now that I look at it. What I mean is that the pics in the post that the link takes you to were my before/after shots from losing 70lbs.

The pictures in this post are from August 2006 and July 2007.

Yeah, I think that will happen. I'm focusing on increasing my total fitness level by getting stronger, faster, and more agile. I'm around 210lbs right now, and I see my ideal weight as being around 185.

I like this approach because it will help you more later on than just simple BB workouts would. A lot of people jump right into BBing style workouts and do well at them because of a long history of athletics, which means they usually have great functional core strength, flexibility and low fat. Someone who is dropping lots of weight isnt going to have that same advantage- you will by doing cross training like this.
