Well my latest pics are after ONE month with a routine. TWO weeks with a log book (my bench has gone up 10kg for 12 reps in two weeks) AND one week with Whey. Whey and multi vitamins twice a day are the only sups i take atm. Trying to get my mum to buy me creatine but she thinks its dodgy. Anyway sorry for no back shots, my phone ran out of battery but il get some soon and edit them in.

AFTER one month with a pair of 5kg dumbells lol:
Basically stole them of my mate and was using them everyday with no idea what i was doing... Still ok improvment seeing it was 5kg and 50 reps normaly.
Ye i seem to have improved but i still whey 125 pounds? :s lol.. Well iv gone up 2 pounds i think but seem to have put on quite abit of muscle and not really lost fat as far as i can tell.
