Well....I'm not so sure that it was the beard.
It doesn't hurt, but I just don't think that it factored into the equation much.
But that hat definitely ruins the pic.

It's hard to get my beard and hat into the pic without my face.

Trust me, I only like the hat (I am a Celtic fan, but I hate Paul Pierce and REFUSE to cheer for them while he is there). But the restaurant "Boston's" has sentimental value to me.

Well, as a rule of thumb....being a Yankee fan, I can't deal with anything that has to do with the Red Sox.
My son's dad is stationed in Rhode Island, and he makes frequent trips to Boston. I think he's turned on me...he may be becoming a Boston fan.

I'm going to workout and I wanted to take a pre-workout beard pic but my camera phone was full and now I don't feel like taking another pic right now cuz I gotta run. I'll update the beard thread once I return from a grueling squat/dead session.

I cleaned the beard up before I left. It did well on the ride to the gym and isn't itching today. I will post new pics later.

Haha, that pic was from last Friday with no help. I had shaved Thursday night...

I have in no way, shape, nor form used beard enhancing drugs. My trainer rubbed flax oil on me. I don't know what it was.

iknowboyd can vouch - I am capable of incredible facial hair growth in a very short amount of time.

It looks good. It's going to be a nice respectable full beard...none of that fancy shiet with only the chin and mouth bearded.

It's my oldest down in San Antonio, he was sent back to Lackland to work in the hospital after his tech training. He's the guy you call when you need an x-ray, CATscan or MRI machine repaired in the hospital or in the field. He's heading to S. Korea early next year.

He's usually out on the paint ball range, or chasing skirt* when he's not on duty or on call.
(He thinks his mom doesn't now this. )

(My middle son is at Scott now. He was the one that was in the sandbox, and probably heading back early next year.)
