Thanks guys
Here's my progress report so far I spent all of May doing great! Chicken breasts, lean meats, brown rice, sweet potato's.... I got down to 217 lbs with relative ease by the diet change alone. Now fast forward to June and I fell off the wagon I got back up to 222 lbs, but have since dialed it back in and I finally have it under control and I have stopped with the late night eating binges (chocolate is my kryptonite) and have managed to start dropping again. So now in the last week I have lost a few lbs again, back down to 215 lbs. My goal is to get down to about 13-14 % bodyfat and then start my clean bulk back up the scale, this time with lean body mass. I think I started in the 20+ body fat % range...easily. I have no idea where I am now, but I'd guess around 18%?? So I have my work cut out for me For those that may have an idea, how much more weight do you think I need to lose to get down to around 13%? I'd guess I'd have to drop down to 200 lbs maybe even 195 (which is insane and what a blow to the ego!!!!!!) |

It's all good brother, I know most hardcore dudes dont use gloves.
The facts are, I dont use them every workout, mostly just on pull days. Deadlifts, rows, etc... But I am man enough to admit I am a glove wearer, I dont care

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the positivity, it sparks a fire inside and should help me stay motivated knowing others can see I am making some changes and I am not just spinning my wheels....I'm glad I posted the pics
