Dam 30? Ouch!!!!!!! I let my eating get out of control. I took "I'm on a bulker" for an excuse to eat anything and everything and thats how I got so up there in bodyfat...never again!

I want to say this, and Tommy, I'm sorry if this is out of line - this guy deserves props. He was definitely at a low point. He and I talk often and I know how unhappy he was where he was at and how bad he wanted to get back on the path of righteousness. He sent me pics and was pretty adamant about me not showing anyone and to see him post these pics now shows me that he is feeling better and obviously looking way better. I'm glad to see that. I hated seeing him so unhappy.

So, like I said 2 months ago - do the work and then look back on it in 3-4 months... If you keep on track, this phase right here, although it is good progress, will seem like a joke to you.

Thanks Boyd. That was not out of line at all, just made me respect you all that much more.
You motivate me big time and your words of encouragement go very far with me...I thank you my friend, I thank you alot!

I must say myself that I was overwhelmed and at a all time low with my training 2 months ago and now I have a resurgence of positive energy based on what you taught me to do and that fact that I am starting to see the results based on your methods...You know your stuff and your clients should feel like they are getting a sweet deal for the price they pay.

And I agree, the progress I have made so far is just a scratch on the surface.
I use it as motivation, but I realize I still have loads of work to do, but when it's all said and done, I will owe it to you for getting my wheels in motion!

Oh and I have tried to rep you for weeks - hahaa
