BiGViC has a spectacular aura about
Default One Year Pic After Losing 80lbs

Update (Pictures Attached)
Well is been almost an year since my first thread and thanks for all the advice a lot has been going on in my life, well I use to weight at 300lbs now I'm at 220lbs. I like the way I look but I still want to lose a lot of fat this is the routine I have been on

Monday-Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tuesday-HIIT Cardio and abs
Wednesday-Back and Biceps
Thursday-HIIT Cardio and abs
Friday-Legs

My workout lasts about 1 hour sometimes 1 hour and 10-30 minutes. 1 hour and a half being the most, almost never happen but it did. I know I need to cut down the time I'm talking about Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I skip more cardio and legs days than I would like to admit.

My diet has consisted of eating every 2-3 hours mostly high protein foods. I eat mostly chicken breast. I don't count calorie intake I just tried to eat smart. I drink a lot of water about 2 gallons a day (yes I pee a lot lol).

My eating schedule on School Days on weekends I just eat every 2-3 hours mostly the same stuff.
6:00am: Wake up take shower
6:50am: 6 egg whites with 1 yolk
9:30 or 10:00 depending what lunch I have that day for school: drink whey protein shake with Water
11:30 or 12:40 ^: eat peanut butter and jelly sandwich from school
2:30 or 3:30 ^: Protein Bar or Protein Shake
5:30: Chicken Breast with Broccoli
6:00-7:10: Workout
7:20: Drink Protein Shake with Milk
9:30: Eat Chicken Breast with Broccoli Again

Every now and then I eat turkey sandwiches with wheat bread and cheese. Of course I had my cheating days every now and then. Just always drank water no soda at all. Past month hasn’t been great because of gym payments, I miss a couple of days and I also ate fat foods but either than that everything is fine and I’m back on track last week paid gym 3 months and everything is looking good.

Should I change up my routine to lose more fat? I also want to get rid of my man boobs I'm not looking for no quick way out I understand in order to gain muscle and keep the fat off I need to change my lifestyle which I have done and plan to do even more.

One thing I’m disappointed for the past 2 months and a half is that I have been getting little gains in strength but no decline either way, my weight keeps declining though. I’m guessing is because I’m losing weight. Well at this point I want to lose as much body fat as I can to show of the muscles I been working on even if this means losing a bit of muscles on the way so any help with this would be really appreciated. I know I can’t miss any more cardio days or legs and I will not miss them anymore.

I was too shy or afraid of showing my body when I first started working out, so I took a picture of my body after four months of working out and another one 8 months later. The differences would have been bigger if I had taken the picture when I first started working out, but hey, what can I say? I was not as comfortable with taking pictures of my body before I started working out as I was when I started working out.

Again thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks for any help offered.

Hey BigVic

I can see some major changes there, especially around the mid-section!!!
Nice work, must be tough work losing 80 lbs?
Be proud and use it as fuel to keep you moving forward.

Oh and regarding your back, looks to me like it's the way you are flexing that is making that happen.

Keep up the progress

good job dude. There was a member here a couple of months ago (years maybe) that dropped alot of weight and gain alot of muscle. Poobah was his name.

You might want to start a journal in the members' training diaries/journal forum here. I'm sure there are plenty that would lilke to help and give advice.

Great work BiGViC! Anyone that drops that amount of weight is a welcome addition here. You will be able to set an example for many people that think that losing 25 -50 pounds is impossible. Hell, I thought losing 35 pounds in 3 years was something but 80 pounds!

Dayum good job. Welcome!

Excellent work! Nothing is more satisfying than comparing those before and after pictures. Whenever you're feeling like you're not making gains or you need a boost of motivation you can always refer to these. Keep it up!
