Thanks bro- I have only been hitting back for about 2 months now. I had a lower back injury that made it too painful to go through any back excersizes but it has subsided and I have moved forward. Heck I am even doing deads now

My side and rear delts werent doing that well so I was concentrating on thsoe and then my fronts (which were real solid) sort of diminished more than I wanted in the process so I have been hitting those more trying to bring them up as well.

let me see your chest routine, exactly what you hit and reps. Same with shoulders. Might need a little tweak to the routine to get them going again. PM me if you want with that, this way you won't destroy these comments from others with all that info.
