First time posting pictures other than my transformation pics that are here:
http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...tml#post598053 I am 6'0" and weighed in at 169lbs today when I took these pictures. I have been pretty lax on my diet lately and been enjoying some foods I wouldn't have even thought about eating while I was originally cutting. My current goals are to maintain my current weight/body fat % and get stronger over the summer. Next winter I am going to do a bulk and would like to get up to 180-185lbs and lower my body fat a little more come next spring. Any comments? Any particular areas I should work on? |

comparing now to february, you've done an excellent job gaining mass and losing fat.
very lean, stay dedicated and you'll get to 185 easily

In the pictures from February I was ~185lbs. I've been in the 168-171lb Since the beginning of April I think. My weight has not changed much in the last two months, but I think I have reduced fat and gained muscle in that time. I'm going to keep going with what I am doing now until November or so probably and do a bulk until next April.

I think you doing great bro..
Work the lats, shoulders, and tris a lil bit more, youll def see your upp body jack up quick... lats, shoulders, back = Lat downs, Military Presses, Upward Rows, Reverse Upward Rows Chest = Bench, Flys, And if you have acess hit the machines in the gym Tris = over the head pushes, hammer curls, and extensions.....
