lats, shoulders, back = Lat downs, Military Presses, Upward Rows, Reverse Upward Rows
Chest = Bench, Flys, And if you have acess hit the machines in the gym
Tris = over the head pushes, hammer curls, and extensions.....

Hammer curls are a bicep/forearms exercise, I thought. Also add in deads their for back and dips for chest/tris, dips work really well for me and helped increase my bench.
