Hammer curls are a bicep/forearms exercise, I thought. Also add in deads their for back and dips for chest/tris, dips work really well for me and helped increase my bench.

They are. I'm sure he means skull crushers with a hammer grip. He also said upward rows and reverse upward rows for back. For these I'm sure he means bentover rows, and reverse grip bentover rows ( or yates rows).

dam totally leaned out nice but kept that muslce mass coming in really good job man.. besides the legs i dont think you have a problem with working out and dieting at all keep up the hard work its paying off totally
