I was working at the my College's gym it was a very slow day. I was alone and I was like " I wonder what i'd do if none of my training buddies were around?"

It came to me, take a picture.




No, I have no intetions of cleaning bulking, cutting, or any other type of...title.

I've lost 20lbs since about a year ago. Slow but sure.

Those of you who rememeber me from Mighty's world will notice a difference.

Looking slim Veng, your doing great! I lost 30lbs in that time as well (well up untill the vacation last week) but lost a ton of strength benching. You lost it and got stronger, way to go.

Great job on the weight loss Venge! Took me 3 years to lose 35lbs. I did it slowly will adding some decent size and strength gains. No where near what your tossing around but gains none the less.

Thanks everybody!

There were times when my gains slowed, but at those points I just deced to up the mental game ,or try somethign different.

haha alright, i'll make some vids soon. If anybody's interested i have some old vids, some with good form, some with bad, wile I was learning under Pinder.
