Long time since I've been around here. Still lifting and just took measurements and BF% using this for the beginning of the summer. Took these today as well.

Well all of your competition prep has been worth it Sophie. I hope that you are happy with the changes you have made. It is quite noticiable in those pics. Hope you don't cause too much commotion when you hit the boardwalk in O.C. or stroll around Annapolis! Keep training. Keep smiling!

Sounds a lot like a young lady that goes to my gym...she and I were chatting last night briefly and she said pretty much the same thing: "I'm here to work out, not find a date or be watched."

LOL. Seems it's a common problem. At least there are girls who lift. Not do cardio for an hour and do curls with 5 lbs dumbbells. Though it does provide amusement during my workout.
