first thing that comes to mind is 'over developed chest', second is 'what about the legs?'

i might also add i have what is called a pidgeon chest

its where the sternum isnt flat, the bone is bent
to touch, the left side of my chest is higher than the right
i dunno if this can lead to uneven chest size ect
but what do u mean by overdeveloped?

in this instance i mean the disproportionate size of your chest compared to every other body part.

your chest and obliques are awsome... your delts/traps look like they need a little more attention but you look pretty good man.. some good cuts.

His chest just responds well, which means you don't have to do as much chest work per week, focus on the other parts legs, back, etc. Maybe hit the chest only once a week.

cool thanks heaps 4 the replys
i might try more arms too.
I normally do for example- 3 sets of 10 barbell curl
2 sets of 10 hammer curl
2 sets of 10-15 dumbel curl
plus tri exercises too, and pull ups, and push ups

i thought that was enuff for my arms to grow. I think they are around 14.5-15inches , maybe 16 flexed flexed with workout pump

got a new bench today, and an eze bar, the bench also has preacher pad.

so ill drop a day off the bench and do an extra set oe 2 on thw arms and legs

yes i might start doing more shrugs
also, my stomach is a better shape. bit tighter.
i normally do 70-100 situps 3 days a week

however, it is a little poddy, even though bf is around 14%
so i might start jogging as i really have been focussed on weights, not cardio, so i might try and burn that layer of gut fat off

you don't need so many sets and reps for your arms.

DL's will do wonders for your traps and thickness. make sure you do them and go heavy.
