I agree with this. You are sportin a decent set of pecs, and the absolutely dwarf your delts. Not that this is a bad thing, obviously you are doing the right work with your chest- i just think you need to work that hard on your other parts too.

That C&J vid kinda sucks, but i agree- its the best exercise out there. Not only is it great for your shoulders, its great for overall explosion, and traps as well.

i also have 1 of the total gyms
u know the ones, pulleys, ropes ect and u can raise the angle of tilt to where u want it

would this be good for tris and delts, if i put it on the highest setting, and layed facing down at the bottom and done sorta like a verticle pushup on it?

i know it exhausts my arms after about 10-12 reps. im just not certain the muscle it hits
