aaaaaaanyway aside from those with differing goals taking some kind of pride in thinking what they want is better because it takes longer to get.. I would like to thank the posetive responses

I dont need or want a massive bulky frame that has me walking about like a protein penguin

I play football.. and thats soccer to the Yanks =) so ill keep my goal nice and realistic as far as to what I need.. believe it or not
