I was looking like this with a little less definition when I was 15 years old. This guy probably weight about 140 pounds depending on its height.

i think our comments were more geared around the fact that the guy was nothing special. it shouldnt take any more then a good couple of bulks following by a clean cut to get where that guy is. nothing wrong with his goal.

I guess I had the hardest time with this sentence after seeing the supposed goal picture. It should be attainable in a year max. Work your butt off hard enough F.E.A.R and you can get there even sooner.

Guys, unless you're severely overweight or very MUSCULAR, that would be attainable in a matter of weeks (like 10-15), not 6-12 months!!!

I'm not clowning on anyone's dream, I'm just saying that the look he's going for isn't a muscular one or even a lean one. It's a skinny one.

you could attain that figure on a messy bulk. it wouldnt even have to be perfect as long as your cut was in tact you could afford to gain a little fat.

id much rather see some1 with a goal to be lean like that then no goal at all and just veg out...u might be on the wrong type of forum for ur goals...but its still a legit goal....good luck

I like how this guy posted his goal and you guys just tore it apart. The guy in the picture has obviously "touched a weight" before. I don't care who you are, you don't look like that by doing nothing. I have skinny friends with athletic physiques who definitely don't look like that. That is a respectable goal, and it is alot harder to attain than you guys pretend. F.E.A.R. probably wants to look like that YEAR ROUND which is very difficult. And it is alot more than just "working out a bit and starving yourself" as BiggerGuns put it. I don't understand why you have to rip on this guy BiggerGuns just because he doesn't want to be bulky as hell like you. He wants the beach body, and I can guarantee you, girls WOULD be all over that. Get off your high horse.

He can't go to the beach with that - the first breeze would blow him into the sea...

That kid might swell up by the time he turns 14.

Sorry, WRONG!. I grew up with plenty of guys that were cut like that. and they were that way right outta the oven. He's not built, being built takes work. He's defined, which with genetics and or clean diet easily acheivable. and i thinks thats all evryone's saying.
