I m on my 8th week of my cutting phase here are some pictures to show my progress, any kind of feed back is appreciated

Again let me know what you guys think!

My current diet looks like this: Meal 1: 1.5-2 cups oatmeal before cooked with milk, mixed with whey Meal 2: Tuna sandwich, apple Snack: PB sandwich Meal 3: Lean ground beef with 1 cup (cooked) brown rice, with some tomato sauce, apple Meal 4: Turkey breast with 1 cup (cooked) brown rice, with tomato sauce Pre workout: 5g creatine, 10g dextrose / 20g BCAA / .5 scoop whey 20g BCAA after lifting, before cardio Post workout: 5g creatine, 10g dextrose / 1.5scoop whey with 40g Waxy Maize Starch Meal 5: 1med-large chicken breast with a large salad Meal 6: 10 egg whites with a medium salad Before bed: 1scoop of whey with skim milk, sometimes a TBPS of Natural PB As always meals will change around on different days, but this is generally what I eat. I haven't really had any cheat meals, i only can think of 2 maybe 3? since i started my cutting phase.

btw, your new side chest and leg shots come up as bad links for me. I'd say you've gotten better at the MM pose for sure, and it shows that there's some chest there. Genetics are sometimes a downer but you might just see that one day your chest decides to blow up when you add 50lb more to your bench.

Just hang a sheet as a 'back drop' Supr@! Good work! I see what you mean about wanting your chest to come up some more. I have the same issue. Traps look great. Arms too!
