The first one in the brwon shirt was from decmeber. My bis look nice and big so am actually going back to how i used to train them. All the other were today. I m kind of hairy so deal with it. Its from a camera phone my sister has hers right now i will use that next time. I worked out yesterday but not today.

Looks pretty damn good so far. The only problem I notice, is that your lats are lagging a little bit behind. Other than that, great work.

upper body looks great!

Your lower body looks like it could use some work to catch up to your upper body...you would look great with a bit more mass and definition in your calves.

Your bi's are nice.

as mentioned, lats r lagging, and i also agree with Hanna on the calves. although your quads look good.

looking good.

need to tweak the routine a little to do more wide grip lat pulls, and maybe some deads/good am's to get the lower back erectors catching up.

but overall, the routine for your back is spot on for you.

Have any size numbers? Just so I can figure out what I'm looking at. I think the comments are spot on thus far - you have a good lean foundation to start on.

Great work thus far. Nicely thick while staying pretty lean by the looks of the pics. Quads and bi's are coming along good.

Like musclesntx said, a good lean foundation to build from. Good work so far, so keep it up. I think everyone touched on what I was thinking otherwise.

Well thanks fellas your all so swell! haha
1. COMPLETELY agree on calves, they are small, depressing really.
2. My upper legs have always had mass. I am just lucky i geuss, but they are solid and i am happy bout that.
3. I started focusing on my "wideness" just 2 weeks ago so it should be coming along nicely. I do do deads alot! and Good ams are more apart as is wide grip pull ups and bent rows.
4. Thanks for the bi comm. they grow well i guess.
5. I am bulking and i actually had to cut a little when i first started to get lean and now am doing a somewhat clean bulk.
I cant wait to repost in afew months, also what about the delts? i think they need to be a little bigger?
I will have the rest of my measurements and maxes next week, tight schedule this week.
Thanks guys, take care.

Thanks Skull...as a rule I vary my feet positioning every set of squats anyway but never put them that close together..I will give it a try.

Default my secret

So i thought about it and here it is. I read that outer link post...kind of right to me. I go slightly less thanshoulder width. The object is to go DEEP! yea, dont be afraid ro lighten the weight and go DEEP! Im talking like literally i could see my ass was 5-7 inches off the ground! The trick and you'll all hate me for this but...use the smith. Yes, for 3 sets its worth it. It also gives good hip strength becasue once to hit a certain spot you'll be like " oh **** i feel weak..." but go further and then go up. Like i said depth is key and try to keep your feet straight, not pointed out. give it a shot and if i dont work whatever, it does for me.

Thanks again.

Stay Strong
