ok buddy calm down with "i can do more then you" b.s. cause its immature and just ignorant. as 99% of people will agree doing legs helps with your whole body.
and pal, im sure theres guys around here who could bench more then you theyre first day ever at the gym then you can now so dont be like that. and why dont you throw your stats up here if you wanna call someone out like that? p.s. do you work your bi's, or havent you started that either?

your small, your ignorant, and have no idea. if you have bothered to read anything you would know that doing legs will promote growth for the entire body. when you workout any muscle, you stir up the release of hormones, the legs are a group of some big muscles, thus more hormones are produced causing any overall growth! try eating a lil food and lifting heavy instead of talking ****. just a suggestion...

Ok... Not sure why you would go after people when you have only 13 posts but hey, it's your reputation. First, you have a good start but as others have mentioned you need more mass. Traps and back look good, Chest is ok, Forearms are lagging, Triceps are lagging too. Post up your current stats (measurements and lift numbers). Heck, start a journal. It will be a great way for you to keep your workout stats and it will allow us some idea of where improvements can be made. I won't even touch the whole "Legs" issue as others have made the point.

you definatly have some decent muscle to build on. just keep going and you be a decent size in around 9-10mnths. "as long as you eat eat eat eat!!!!!"
you can train as much as you want........ but when it comes to ading mass its all about the diet. if you dont eat right you wont grow right..... nice work so far.

Not sure what provoked you to go after him, but I'm pretty sure I can squat more than you so why on earth haven't you been working your legs? As he mentioned, training legs has quite a spill-over effect on increasing the size of the entire body... Avoiding them because they're "proportionate" is pretty ridiculous. The title of your post said "You're the critic" (actually, it said "your the critic" but that isn't proper), but you lashed out on Weeeeeeeeeeeeee and he only asked a simple question. I'd have to see some before pics, but from what I can tell, you could put on a few pounds. I don't know if you've been weight training or getting ready for the Tour de France or Boston Marathon. Peace. |

BTW, it's hard to critique pics when you don't give us any information like how long you've been training, what your goals are and your stats. Going simply off what I see though you don't have much muscle development.

LOL where'd he go? He's a lean motherfreaker that's for sure. After 3 months of lifting, that's how much he progressed though? I wonder what he looked like 3 months ago?

I was about to ask the same thing Danny, seems like he ran off...
Anyway if he comes back you could use some chest and bi development...but good start overall just add the legs and youll be good...oh and eat a ton
