...why would you say that? You know what squating is? You you realize that your in no position to talk crap after stating you dont work your legs? do you know what your core is? well squat and deads definelty help with that...let me guess you dead more than most of us too? Ne ways maybe in 3 more months if your still lifting you could put some more picks up or as Merk said thro us a vid of you 215+ squat!

For the record i willl be posting picks soon so yea im sayin ****. Then we'll compare bro. it may be unfair since i have been for a little over a year tho.

How old are you? Because you dont seem to realize how dumb that sounded.
You should be blessed with the "troll" title here based on that post alone.

Because

(A.) You dont know how much Wee actually squats

AND

(B.) You dont know how much you yourself squats.


You might as well said "My daddy can beat up your daddy!"

Do you even know what a Squat is? Hint: It has nothing to do with your bathroom behavior

i know i can squat more because i have tried n i can do 2 plates 10, which is 245 one time, his max is 215... which proves i can do more...and i obviously know what a squat is or i wouldn't be talking shht. anyways i said i have been training for 3 months n i've moved up around 40lbs max on my bench i just don't train my legs because i'm more focused on my upper body... AND the only reason i said that to wee is because i don't care for his useless comments, and it got me angry he would say that when hes weaker than me to begin with.

WOW how many times has someone said this, in his post he said his max squat was 215, mine around 245...

it doesnt count when u dont go all the way down to 90 degrees. no1 cares if u can whack on a couple of plates and do quarter squats.

also, u think that doing that much for 10 means u can automatically do 245 1RM. ur an idiot. u may think u can but i highly doubt it, id have to see a vid of it and im sure u would fail.

OMG! i cant believe it! u moved up 40lbs on ur max bench...in just 3months! u must impart us with all of ur wisdom and know-how. 3months of training and all of those gains! hell, in another 3months ull b up another 40lbs, and then another 40lbs within the next 3months after that. shall we call u the next king of bb'ing?

for starters, we'd all b more surprised if u didnt get those kind of gains with the level of training experience you have. their called newb gains. the more u train, the harder it is to keep on gaining.

id put alot of money on u being a half squater who thinks hes going all the way down, but really is gettin like 5 inches of movement, i can tell u that ur max isnt 245 lol

and if u want a real critique, adjust ur attitude, no1 cares what u lift unless your a powerlifter, and from the looks of ur pic, ur far from that

Get you legs into ur routine and some dead lifts, and eat like your being paid to do so

exactly lol, he doesnt train legs, but supposedly can 1 Rep max 245 on squats...and feels the need to rip on other people about it lol
