4 weeks' time is hardly enough to make any difference. Get your routine in shape and your diet in shape and do some shots at 8 weeks or 12 weeks, and I think you'll notice a much more dramatic difference

i disagree, if your doing things properly 4 weeks is enough to see a pretty big difference...i see virtually no change in those pics, something is off in his routine and\or diet

I think you just took a picture before you lifted then one after you had a pump going....cause you are weraing the same shirt and thing around your neck

Lol sorry i didn't explain myself, I took three pictures AFTER the 4 weeks of training, I have no pictures of before i started training sorry. Also, i agree that i have to wait a little bit longer to see a big change. I guess i should of taken pictures before i started training. :P
