After numerous recommendations on here and BB.com, bought 6-oxo today (60 caps)...kinda pricey for only 20 days worth... going to give it a try along with the daily Vitrix I take... Also taking either M-stak on workout days...

Pausing my 6-oxo intake to use after the HLG... PCT isn't needed but I am supplement paranoid anyways...
Here is the supp plan (due to a mainland trip and 5 days of classes)... Mar 21-25: ISS Vitapak/ 3 Vitrix daily, M-stack on workout days Mar 26-30: ISS Vitapak (no workout due to week of classes) Mar 31 - Apr 29: ISS Vitapak/2 HLG daily (Start HLG) Apr 30 - May 22: ISS Vitapak/3 6oxo or 3 Vitrix, M-stack on workout days May 23- 30: Mainland trip May 31+: start NHA stack (DS RR/ACT)

It is my supplement plan for now.. just planning out loud...
I am going to do a 30 day cycle of Halodrol Liquigels starting March 31st to see if they work. I have classes for work the week before that and can't workout, so will start the HLG after that... After the HLG is done, I will use to 6-oxo or Vitrix for a while until my mainland trip (no working out then either). Also going to do a NHA stack cycle after I get back from a trip to the mainland in May to see how that works out...

when i first looked i wasnt sure but then i looked at the dates and thats excellent lean progress for 3 months... i think the way your going after around 12-18mnths youll have some decent muscle.... well done

Actually I started going back to the gym regularly in Oct 06… Mainly because I didn’t like the way I was looking body wise, low on energy and I would have bouts of depression for no good reason… I must say going to the gym has solved those issues…
I have always been an ectomorph… use to go out a run a lot when I was younger..would do 3-10 miles without even thinking about it… even tried to stop but couldn’t gain weight to save my life… and still have an high metabolism to this day… I can go to be at 153+ and wake up at 150… how in the heck can someone loose 3 lbs when sleeping.. Geezzz.. Now I like going to gym.. feeling that pump and my muscle sore the next day… because I know it is just making me look and feel better… Ultimately I’d like to hit 160 and about 10-11%BF to see how that suits me… and can make my next goal from that…
