hey i never post around here but i lurk very often. I dont know if you remember my old pics but here are some updated ones. any criticism is very wanted! i need it. but i know im very pail sorry bout that i am up north in college so i dont get out a whole lot to see sun.

bench = around 250
dead = 345 squat = N/A cannot post leg pics as i have a disease in my back and hips that restricts me to not work my hip joint withany weight. cant even run. i am 5'8" and 186 lbs. going to cut soon to get shredded. no exact weight goal |

why thank you....i dont think im doin too bad for 18 years old. i want to compete someday, when i figure out how to build legs up. I decided not to cut for spring....im gonna shoot for 200 asap. hopefully some 17HD that im ordering will help. im going to focus harder than i have been lately.

okay i have a pretty serious question i jus decided i would ask. i think this is a good place because you can see where i am at. i want to know if a cycle of phera plex would be a good idea? i have read a lot i know the cycle and post and such but i want an opinion if i should try it
