i went crazy on.......
chicken with rice... weight gainers..... (with water) i still had a little junk food problem up until around 12months ago. after that i dropped onto whey powders instead of gainers, and stopped boozing (almost). i guess the first bulk i did i was glad to gain anything, wether it be fat,muscle i was just glad not to be skinny anymore. since i set my standards a lot higher ive become a lot more focused........ im around 200lbs now at a guess id say im around 16%bf. in the next three years i wanna be 225-230lbs with around 8-10%bf. ill be happy at that.

I know nothing about whey powder but I see it posted about quite a bit. I need to do some reading on it to learn what I can. I still haven't started a bulking period, but plan to once things slow down a little and I can concentrate on it.
You've made excellent progress. The mass difference between the first and last pictures is huge. |

ive grown a little more paiteint now. i was considering aas a few weeks ago but im gonna go natural. i ony wanna hit around 220-230lbs wih around 10%bf. it quite a realistic goal as long as i stick at it i can see myself hitting 220 in the next 14-16months........
