mad respect man.

anybody that has gone from fat to fit is just incredible IMO.

So many fat folk will never do anything with themselves.. they start off chubby, then they get hefty, then they get fat, then obese. It's a literaly a "fat-ball" effect.

you sir, are not one of them!

It is a hard thing to do... I lost 55 pounds too, in a year. Right now i'm trying to gain some muscle, jesus, but it is so harrrrrd. I do not know much about suppls...

haha thanks

I started with 27% bodyfat, in 8 months I went to 12% (i'm in 11% now) started building a couple of months ago, everything is roughly 1 year. Kind of crazy thing, 220lbs to 165lbs, now 180lbs.
