You look very good. I thought you weir over 200 pounds looking at you're picture. I guess you must be small? How tall are you? You look very good man. No need for a cut in my opinion but I know sometime we can get self conscious. I know I am. I hate being even a little fat. I wish I had wide lat like that. Soon it will come.

hey skullmurdoc. i'm 5' 4". i just want tighten up my mid section alittle and more deffinition on my legs. good thing will come just be patient all you're hard work will pay off. :-)

I’m a hard gainer. It’s a miracle that I weigh 150lbs. I have a very high metabolism. But I do my best to get my 5-6 meals down a day. It doesn’t help that I have a stomach the size of a walnut. lol. May be I just need to knock back afew Fosters.

bah! forget about the fosters and just eat like a mad man . if u got that high metabolism then use that to ur advantage...when u need to cut, not now when u can bulk .

The more times a day you eat, the easier it is. I had a hard time learning how to eat when i first started working out for real. I ended up eating at least every 2 hours, all day long. Its easier than trying to stuff your face for 4 meals.

you are 100% correct. i'm downing 5 small meals a day but it is really hard to get it done when i'm at work.

I think that you look very good.
You look pretty lean already. Do you know what your bf% is now? I usually wouldn't ask that, but seeing as though you said you want to lose some...figured I'd ask.

Oh...and I think that the tatoo of your wife's lips is cute.

thank you jennyd. i would like to trim up abit more. i do not know my b/f%. i got my wife's lips tattoo so i have her kiss every where i go. i'm just a big softy.
